Daily and monthly planners are available to jot notes and organize the to-do list, and alarms can be set so you don't miss appointments. A word processor, calculator, and mapping software can all be linked to work from within the program. Seating charts, menus, flowers, accessories, music selections, thank you notes, attire, and virtually everything else you could possibly think of has been organized in this intuitive, easy-to-use program. All of the lists are fully customizable, making it easy to suit your requirements, whether you're having a small, home wedding or the event of the century.

Wedding Magic helps take the stress out of the big event as it walks the bridal couple through the entire wedding planning process. Its friendly interface is divided into eight tabbed areas: Master Budget, Wedding Pros, Checklists, Reports, Master Guest List, Events/Parties, RSVPs, and Gifts/Registry. Even the smallest details are covered. Of special note is the budgeting area, which
includes 17 default line items ranging from accessories to videography. Each of these line items is then broken down further, and you can easily insert additional areas. Wedding Magic includes over two dozen reports, including table assignments, out-of-town guests, and music selections.
